PAYMENTS – Payments are due upon booking or on the day of transport. We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Checks, and all Major Credit Cards.
RIDER & LUGGAGE POLICY – All doors are open and closed by the driver except closure of the front passenger when exiting if needed. Third-row seating is handled by the driver. All luggage, backpacks, and carry-ons, are placed and removed by the driver in the rear storage. Pets must be in a carrier. Any bags with metal or hard plastic buckles or zippers must be stored in the rear. This prevents the tearing and ripping of leather seats. Your attention to this policy is appreciated.
TRANSPORTATION DELAYS – We kindly remind you that transportation delays may sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including those caused by your originating carrier, such as airlines, cruise lines, or trains. These delays could impact your pre-arranged pickup schedule. Please note that Ride Florida Inc. cannot be held responsible for such delays. We kindly ask that you inform Ride Florida Inc. as soon as possible if your scheduled pick-up time is impacted. Timely communication is essential, as it enables us to stay informed about your delay and make any necessary adjustments to accommodate your needs. Please note that without proper notice, we may not be able to account for changes to your scheduled transport. At Ride Florida Inc., we are dedicated to providing flexible solutions and will strive to reschedule your pick-up based on our availability. However, if neither Ride Florida Inc. nor our drivers are available, we may unfortunately have to cancel the scheduled reservation.
CANCELATION POLICY– Requests to cancel a service with Ride Florida Inc. more than 48 hours before the scheduled ride date will be reviewed. For cancellation requests made less than the 48-hour window, a fee of 50% of the ride cost will be charged to the rider.
